Fantastic Experience - Great Company
Just my luck, Ontario is in the midst of a heat warning, we're experiencing summer like temperatures in late september and my furnace blower motor decides to quit on me. At first I didn't know it was the blower motor, all that I knew was that there was a buzzing sound coming from the furnace and the fan wasn't starting up. When I noticed this, it was late night, so I email Air Makers and explained my situation. To my surprise I get a response shortly after indicating that they received the email and that someone would be in touch with me in the morning. That morning I spoke to Dan who was extremely helpful and was very sympathetic to my concern with the rising temperature in the house as I have young children. Dan promised that he would do his best to get a service technician out to me as soon as possible and he really pulled through. By mid day I had a service technician trouble shoot the problem and by late day the new blower motor was installed and the air conditioning was back up and running. The entire experience was fantastic and I'm so glad I contacted Air Makers. Dan and his team are experts at what they do and their customer service was impeccable. I would highly recommend Air Makers to anyone. Thanks Dan and Brent for all the effort and running around you did for me today. I really appreciate it.
