Our wall consisted of 4 posts with railings and a solid brick wall between 2 of the posts. The brick had deteriorated due to water damage and we replaced everything. Jessie and Jessie did the work in the last heatwave of the summer. They were great to work with and did a great job. The office staff at Otto's were also super responsive and maintained outstanding communication. We were very satisfied with the final outcome.

I selected Quality Restorations over 3 other companies because of the fact the company has operated since the 1970's, had excellent reviews on HomeStars, responded and provided a quotation quickly, and offered a reasonable price. Doug the owner was flexible in terms of staging the project and honoured all of his commitments. Patrick's team who performed the work were outstanding. They arrived on time, maintained great communication, worked hard, and were considerate of our needs. I have already started the process of using them for another project. They were a family business, they had incredible reviews about their customer service and follow-up, and we had great confidence in Oleg when he arrived for the quote. Their price was fair, the kept us informed every step of the way, they honoured all of their time and service commitments, had a great team of employees, were great to work with, and did a fantastic job. We found this company at the Home Show. We didn't do our renovation right away, but they still honored the price. The quality of their doors was superior to anything else we saw. They were great to deal with, arrived right on time for the measure and installation, great service, and the door look really nice. Would highly recommend this company.
