Pros: we have the best looking roof in the neighbourhood. Full warranty for 50 years. No more leak in the roof. They even took down my chimney for very cheap. Sales guy was great, installers worked hard. They worked in winter, which I hear is unusual. Overall pretty great. Cons: Big mess left behind that the installers never cleaned up. I keep finding screws and metal shreds on my lawn and driveway. They also left a small pile of rubble next to the driveway. Took about twice as long as quoted, but that was because of the snow.
