Shane, I was anticipating this review. We are sorry we could not resolve this problem to your satisfaction. However, you have a major roofing issue and we pointed this out to you prior to completing the job. We informed you on the day of the install to contact a roofing company ASAP. You have a significant problem with your roof decking and shingles! You also have pictures of the problem area which clearly show the problem. Your plywood roof decking is likely rotten (or missing), the shingles are well behind the roof drip edge and the shingles sag approximately 2 inches. You have water that never makes it to the eavestrough but falls through the roof prior to the eaves.
To be honest, we are somewhat baffled after showing your personally, providing pictures, discussing the issue with you on the phone and emailing you that you insist the problem is with the eavestroughs. We informed you we would contact a reputable roofing company for you but you declined our offer. I must admit, we do feel your criticism and negative review is highly unwarranted. It seems similar to blaming the plumber who did work on your home for an electrical problem. You have posted a picture of water dripping out of your soffit. It would be better to post the pictures of your roof as they clearly show the problem.
We wish you all the best, Shane, and years of happiness in your house. Please be assured your problem will be fixed when you contact a roofing company and have the roof replaced in this area.
