Our experience was beyond disappointment. From no cupboards or counters to busted floor tiles to unfinished stair stain. Not to mention putting up our 'freehold' fence 6 ft inside the property line. The list of deficiencies was 2ft in length. Cracked granite counter tops. They should have the trades do the work right the first time and on time. Our first LM home was Dad's business and had 0 problems. Second Landmart home(and last) was move from HELL.
