Paul is amazing-so hardworking, knowledgeable and friendly. He is thorough and has a keen eye-within a few minutes at a property he picked up on things (pest problem, hidden door) that even the seller's realtor wasn't aware of. Plus, after the inspection he prepared a document that summarized his findings, and included practical suggestions for improvement-a great resource for the property, and home owning in general. Highly recommend!
