Alex responded to my request almost immediately. We spoke on a Monday, and he was able to come by that Wednesday in the evening as I was working during the day. He immediately identified the problem I was having with my fridge, as well as another problem I didn't know I had. He explained both issues very clearly, made the repair right then and there, and now my fridge is back to working perfectly. Great guy, very respectful, and a fellow Seinfeld aficionado. I wouldn't call anyone else in the future, thanks Alex!
