Within a few days of thoroughly assessing a large crack in the garage's concrete floor, Chris and his coworkers arrived promptly to address the repair work. Within hours, the team's expertise, professionalism and genuine care for the client's satisfaction was evident. The concrete floor was repaired, seamlessly! I am so pleased and appreciative of Chris's courteous manner, his patience in addressing all my questions via text, email and phone. He also took the time to take photos for each phase of the project (cutting of concrete, gravel, meshing and pouring of the concrete); Chris sent the photos to me via text in real time. While off the premises, I was "virtually there on-site with the crew!" This was the first positive experience I have had with home repairs in a long time.
