Mike was the repairman we dealt with and he was a pleasure to work with. Our Bosch dishwasher was leaking. He contacted us to let us know when he would be arriving. Mike worked quickly and expertly to diagnose the problem. Since he did carry the specific part on him, he gave us a price estimate for the new part and promised to return the next day to install the part. He called at around 9am the next day and came to install the part as promised. Within 20 minutes, he had fixed our dishwasher, tidied up the work area and was off to his next job. Mike was personable, polite, efficient and honest in his work. He answered all my questions and made suggestions about using the dishwasher going forward. I would use Mike again if we have any more trouble with any of our appliances. Thanks, Mike.

A clerical error occurred in which I was mistakenly charged $1995.56 by the company. It should have been $199 plus GST. Upon contacting the company, the error was rectified quickly and the money reversed on my credit card. I am happy and satisfied that this problem was resolved in the manner described above.

Pat was a pleasure to deal with. He did a thorough tour of the property and listened to our concerns. He made recommendations to deal with our concerns which the workmen implemented. The work was done in 2 stages: soffit and fascia first, eaves and pipes second. Soffit/fascia completed in a couple hours. Eaves/pipes done in a day. Very pleased with the results and the workmanship. Property was tidied up after the work. Blackstar's estimate was competitive and better than most - we went with them because Pat took the time to recognize and solve our concerns we had. Other competitors did not do that. We recommend them.
