I purchased a high efficiency furnace and a/c unit from Mersey about 10 years ago. Their products have been exemplary. I have also only used Mersey for the upkeep/maintenance on these products. Their technicians are friendly, courteous and quite knowledgeable. Cory Latino #248 came out today, and as usual, did a fine job. Quick and efficient. I have no qualms about recommending this company for products and for service to anyone.

Alan and his mate were top notch! They came the day after I called, were very thorough in the job. They stripped and cleaned up that cold room like almost new. Thanks so much for the great work!!

John T (#29) came to work on my a/c unit today. It's the first hot days of the season and my unit wasn't working. No problem getting a service time that was good for me. My window was 2-6 p.m. and he arrived right at 2 (yeh!). Right away he diagnosed the problem and quickly got my unit working. He then spent time (even though it was raining) checking the unit over and making sure everything was working optimally. Then he took the time to go over my maintenance history and make sure I was covered with the best plan they had. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and ability to fix me up quickly and get me back to feeling cool. My furnace and a/c were bought at Mersey and I recommend the company to anyone. Been a loyal customer for 15+ years. Thanks John T!
