A large garage floor (1400 SqFt) in polyaspartic flake with custom lines and graphics done on top in coloured polyaspartic. The workmanship is excellent and the crew was great to work with. The finished product is outstanding. The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that the price quoted was not the final invoice price (final invoice was higher). We eventually settled on the quoted price however it left me with a bad impression that it seemed OK to increase the price of the project without confirmation from me (the client) before there was a price change. It was a large and complicated job however the scope of work was changed minimally and the price invoiced at the end was 15% higher than the quote, with no approval to increase the price. The amount of work that changed from the quoted price to the final price was about 2% of the entire job and I offered to pay that difference however that was declined and we settled on the original quoted price. Make sure you have your price locked down before you start but other than that, these guys are excellent and the work they do is quite amazing!
