Torsion spring broke on Victoria Day. Requested an app't via web site and was pleasantly surprised with response on the same day. Long story short, the visit was confirmed by the evening ( my fault for not checking the emails). Steve is a professional: -arrived on time -completed the repair as quoted and within the estimated time Highly recommended & will repeat.
