The value of a long-term customer/supplier relationship is definitely not lost on the guys from 'Man with a Wrench.' Oleg arrived, immediately identified that the water to the appliance had been turned off, turned it on, provided me servicing tips and was on his way. No deceit, no attempts to turn the call into something it wasn't; no BS. It's refreshing to do business with honest, straight-forward hard working people. I've never been so pleased to pay for a service call. I will recommend these every chance I get.
