David and Brandon provided excellent visibility in terms of what we could expect, when the work would start and approximately how long it would take. Kamil and Karol did an excellent job transforming the back of our house with a stucco application, providing helpful insight regarding colour, texture and mouldings. JJ was very professional and pleasant as well processing payments throughout and providing detailed invoicing. The project was completed ahead of schedule and the final product looked even better than what was promised. This was a seamless experience throughout. It was a true pleasure working with Exterior By Design. We are very happy with the final results, so much so that we plan on resurfacing the remainder of the house. The water in the toilets on our second floor would not drain (it was around midnight). We called Drain Rooter Plumbing and the service technician arrived within 30 minutes, as promised. He immediately put on boot covers after entering our house, unplugged the drain within minutes then replaced the faulty seal on our toilet. Final workmanship was very good. Oswaldo and his team were quick and efficient in their assessment of the problem and delivery of the work. The price was very reasonable too. Most importantly, GDO went above and beyond by identifying where on the rest of our roof small but effective repairs could be made to further extend the life of our roof (we purchased a flipped house so short-cuts were apparent). Oswaldo helped complete the small repairs and did a thorough final clean-up. Great service, great price and I could especially see that GDO took pride in a job well done. Thanks Oswaldo and team! We bought a flipped house in Etobicoke in 2016. The garage floor was already showing signs of wear however it got progressively worse after we started parking our cars in the garage every day. EMF quickly removed the old garage floor and poured a new thicker and reinforced concrete floor in its place, then leveled it to move water out of our garage and towards the driveway. A decorative epoxy finish was applied to the pre-cut concrete to help reinforce it even more. EMF then removed and cleaned each stone from our driveway, releveled the surface to move water away from our garage and applied a sealant to protect the stones and prevent weeds from growing between the interlocking. Finally, EMF resurfaced and repainted the panels located above our garage door and applied caulking to flat surfaces and openings to avoid water collection and damage. Great job done on time and with pride in workmanship. The price was very competitive too. Thanks EMF for a job well done! Very happy customers. Victor, Chris and Curtis did a very good job installing the security cameras around our house. We were promised that no wires would be visible after the installation was completed and the team delivered on their promise. We have a rather unconventional house, which required dismantling of certain elements in order to run the wires. The team checked with us first before proceeding with the dismantling and ensured that everything was put back as originally found (and in even better condition, in some cases). The team accommodated installation preferences and explained the pros and cons of making the proposed changes prior to implementing them. There was even a display issue that occurred post-installation on my mobile phone, which required Victor to contact HIKVision directly for remote support. Victor returned to our house to address the issue and the work was completed within a few hours. Our camera displays were up-and-running again in no time. Victor and his team were professional from day one and provided responsive and great service throughout the entire process, with excellent post-installation service as well. John and his team replaced an old fence and gate that were dire need of repair and an upgrade at our new house in Etobicoke. Our eaves troughs and downspouts needed to be replaced quickly due to leaking that were causing pooling of water around our foundation. We contacted Mallion Aluminum for a quick quote.
