I met Magic Windows at the National Home Snow in Fall of 2016, I had been researching how to replace my sliding glass door leading to my screened in porch. We were looking for something that would allow us to open everything right up, but not standard french doors which took up to much room; enter magic windows. I had been calling around to dozens of companies (many listed on this site) but could not find a suitable product but the Magic Window solution was perfect. We had a great experience with our rep Michelle. She was attentive and always took extra time to ensure we were comfortable and informed every step throughout the process. I especially was impressed the in home demonstration she gave showing the energy efficiency, we are renovating for greater efficiency. As well we had a large bay window replaced at the same time; my wife was concerned as we have a well established garden with large plants right below the window. But this was no problem for their installers who were great. Love the windows the built in screens and shades. The attention to detail was excellent. On top of that they they had a great price. I feel very comfortable saying I learned a fair bit about window and door replacement through this process and feel I made a wise decision. Great experience all the way around. DH Markham, Ontario

I met New Steel Roofers at the National Home Snow in Spring of 2017, I had been researching metal roofs and getting multiple quotes for the previous 6 months; I tend to do a lot of homework to inform myself. Their price was VERY competitive, as well they spent significant time answering all my questions giving me a great level of comfort. On top of that I am installing a solar system on my roof so I needed a product that work well with solar systems and a roofing company that would work with my solar contractor to ensure there were no surprises. That said, the staff from New Steel Roofers called my solar company and took the time to ensure they were on the same page. The communication, installation and attention to detail were excellent. On top of that they they had a great price. I feel very comfortable saying I learned a fair bit about metal roofs through this process and feel I made a wise decision.
