Alex built us a deck in the backyard, and we're extremely happy with how it all came together. We contacted prime decks based on reviews on HomeStars, and as it turns out, everything said here in other reviews is exactly how it played out for us as well. From first contact, where Alex responded right away, followed by a site visit and a detailed quote with options, we knew we were working with a professional. He is highly skilled, meticulous, and thorough. He does all the work himself, and is flawless in his execution. We're happy we chose Prime Decks, and so will you.

Jason and his team refinished the flooring in 4 bedrooms and the upstairs hallway. They were meticulous from beginning to end, especially Alex who did all of the repair work, replacing a few boards that were cracked. The repairs weren't straightforward because we had two different board widths. The flooring had also been previously refinished, perhaps multiple times, by the prior owners, and the quality of work done earlier wasn't great. The difference in the workmanship is obvious and the flooring looks amazing. Jason provided frequent updates throughout the process and the end result exceeded our expectations.

Most people are apprehensive about hiring a contractor because the reviews sometimes dont tell the full story, and nobody wants any surprises. Benny is a highly skilled master plasterer who does all the plastering himself. One part of our ceiling in the foyer had a slight bow due to a structural problem, which became more noticeable after the stucco was removed. Benny could simply have stopped at the level 5 finish, but he's very picky and wants everything to be perfect. He went over that area several times and got it to a point where the bow just blended in with the rest of the ceiling. There isn't much more I can add to what others have already said about Benny, but to say that when you hire him, hell tell you upfront what to expect and hell deliver. His price is very reasonable and definitely better than the larger contractors. If its a tossup, and you're looking for perfectly finished ceilings, pick Benny. You will pat yourself on the back later! We had stucco removed from all levels in a 4-bedroom house. Benny takes a lot of pride in his work and he has transformed our home. He is the contractor I would recommend to family and close friends. He's also a nice guy!
