Some Excellent people like Rick, Jonathan and Project Manager Walter. Reliable, friendly, and professional people but Project took longer than anticipated. City permit was complicated but they came through after all.
We too hate when a permit gets delayed, which is somewhat outside of our control. But we get the frustration. Glad that we came through for you in the end and that our people impressed you. Enjoy the basement!
