In my journey to replace my 52 year old furnace, I had exceptional service from every single employee that I dealt with. This includes Jeannie from the Home & Gardens trade show booth, Ryan who came to my house to give an estimate, Jessica in the office who dealt with the paperwork, and Nolan and Jordan who did the installation. All were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They all demonstrated pride in working for Furnace Solutions. Employees having pride where they work made for a wonderful experience for me.
