Initially, very open and friendly, gave us access to house as it was being built. contractor was very nice and easy to get a hold of. delays started, and two years in they still have not come to fix - insulation, kitchen floor is cold. Quality is okay - paint okay, exterior great, flooring is great. main problem was the delays and some of the people who were contractors. big issues with bathroom, but that was fixed quickly, although they came in twice.
