Gary was the first contractor we approached and ended up being the one for the job. We had a great feeling about him when we met him for the first time! We had him rip out our old deck and pool coping and replace with over 1000 sq feet of Unilock Irish Coast and Permacon Melville Range Shaded Grey pool coping. Gary's design was very well executed and the contrast in stone makes for a stunning backyard. He also created a walkway by the side of the house and used a black cobblestone trim which gives the path some character. We added a new gate which was assembled and installed by his guys. Finally, we needed a set of composite stairs built to span a window well. Stairs look fantastic and we are very happy with the construction. A set of spacers were missing after the stairs were done, but Gary was happy to have the guys come back and fix the problem, all in a timely fashion. His crew, Gord, Sean, Chris and Mike battled the blazing heat in July and Covid-associated supply shortages and still managed to build our backyard under a reasonable budget and time-frame. We now have all of August to enjoy our new backyard. Gary is a man of his word. He did everything he said he would do for us. His direction and skill made us feel comfortable as the project progressed. I would highly recommend his work to anyone looking at interlock installs.

Had FK install high efficiency, two stage Amana furnace and AC unit. Wasn't sure about the tankless, but Sandip sold us on it and he was right. Bosche tankless. Feels high tech. Yah you have to wait a bit longer for hot water, but after a bit that will be normal to you. I just hope it is reliable well into the future. Sandip's service was top notch. He's a well-informed individual. Made us feel very comfortable and left us without questions. Mike did the install. Looks very well done. Showed us everything we need to know. Will have to wait until winter to really judge the new furnace though. Overall, I am very satisfied with Furnace King and would definitely recommend. Maybe you could save $1000 or more by going with a smaller company or independent HVAC person, but not having to worry about anything was $ well spent, and why not, this is arguably the most important system in your home!
