I wanted 2 outdoor frost free taps installed and a drip from a laundry room water handle repaired. Jordan called me immediately after I posted on HomeStars. He came to look at the project the same day, provided me a fair quote and came 2 days later to perform the job. Jordan explained clearly to me what he would be doing and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He kindly replaced both my laundry room water handles with new ones for a more modern appearance at no charge. He was very tidy and cleaned up after the work was completed. I called Patrick to see if he could help with an old hidden flexible white plastic dryer vent hose. The vent ran behind the wall and in the finished basement ceiling, making a number of turns, and was completely enclosed. Patrick replaced the vent with metallic vent pipe, doing little damage in the process. He also replaced the outside vent cover, which was badly damaged (replacing my old bathroom vent cover at the same time). Patrick was knowledgable, neat and very nice professional.
