We called Atlas care because we had a leakage problem with our air conditioning unit. Ilio came to the house on time wearing, mask, gloves, footwear all in place. We showed him the problem in the furnace room. Ilio diagnosed the problem within approx 5-10 minutes and fixed it for us. Our units are reaching their lifespan and because of this Ilio gave us some cost options for preventative problems down the road. We decided to go with the the Atlas care GC monthly membership. We felt no pressure whatsoever but wanted to reassure ourselves that we were taking forward action for the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Atlas care to friends and family.
