We had Polar Windows installed in our old house, and were very pleased with the quality, but were looking for more affordable windows for our new house. Of three quotes, Ecoline's quote was the lowest. However, price was not the only consideration for us. We were also very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the sales person and found Ecoline's product to be of similar quality to Polar Windows. The customer service we received throughout the entire process of ordering to installation was excellent. We were given regular updates as to the status of our window manufacture and were called to set up an installation date as soon as the window was ready, which was within the stated time frame. The installers were at our house exactly on time. The window was installed beautifully - very precise. They were also very neat and tidy, and completed the installation in only 1 hour. Although we have yet to see how the window will hold up over time, I am not concerned as there is a 25 year warranty on their product. Overall we are very pleased with our decision to go with Ecoline Windows & Doors, and will recommend them to others in the future.
