Ilya & Ilya and team did a fantastic job transforming our cognac/dark brown to an antique white/glazed beauty! It looks like we replaced the entire kitchen. Super clean job! 2 days of taping and spray painting onsite and about 2 weeks for the doors painted in their factory. Rob and his helper did a super clean job in replacing my aging builder standard wooden garage doors with new Wayne Dalton 9800 Series doors! From the initial consultation and order, took 4 weeks delivery from the USA, to arranging the installation Rob is a true professional. Excellent proactive communication via email, phone & text. He was following up with me and keeping me updated which is rare in the home improvement service industry where the customer is usually asking for constant updates. They removed/replaced three 8x7 doors in less than 5 hours and cleaned up and took away all the garbage. I used Direct Overhead Doors for a repair call and seal/trim upgrade at my old house in Ajax and was so impressed with Rob's service that I kept his card knowing I'd need his services again as I was moving to a new house, so technically I'm a repeat customer.
