Ilse was our project manager and she was great to work with. Showed up on time and prepared to review our needs. She provided a very clear mock up of the garden with specific plants and shrubs and explained why she thought they would be successful in our garden. We have two dogs, and Ilse made sure to choose plants that would not be dangerous for them. Crew showed up on time, with a good understanding of what needed to be done. They worked through the day with little to no break time - extremely rare for contractors in my experience! Job was finished and work site was left clean as if they had not been there. What really made us feel great about the investment was when Ilse took to time to come back and review the job and make sure the plants had been placed properly and looked right - its refreshing to work with people that take pride in their work. We are excited to work with Absolute Home Services again on our future needs

Back wall and crawl space spray foam job. Quoted 3 inches on back wall, 5 inches on floor joists, and 2 inches on exterior block foundation wall (their own contract states +/- 1/2 inch) What was got was a complete patch job with some areas left with less than 1 inch of spray foam! Not to mention the INCREDIBLE mess they left behind - foam literally EVERYWHERE which took hours to clean up and prep for sheathing When I called to get an explanation the sales rep was rude and acted like I was unable to measure (3 inches of a 2x4 still showing is pretty clear to me) After insisting they come back to complete the job, they came back and added MAYBE 1/2 inch additional foam, still not even close to a complete job. This was our first winter with this "new" insulation and our floor and room is colder than when we had 40 year old Batt Insulation For almost 4K in insulation I expected company that would take pride in what they do, instead I got another typical contractor rush job. I would not use, call or recommend this company again
