Spiros responded within a half-hour. I explained that a shingle had been detached. He came over same day despite cold, blustery weather. He replaced it and did a complete going over, no charge. Apparently a racoon was trying to dig through. Spiros is courteous, cares about his customers, shows concern and maintains long-term relationships. I would definitely recommend him for your roofing needs.

I used Spiros over 20 years ago and when it came time to replace the roof, I did not bother checking out other contractors. I just went with Spiros again as he done such a good job before. You do NOT take risks with roofs. I could communicate with him, he and his team were punctual, professional, honest, hard-working, caring, and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. If only I could get similar commitment and quality from other contractors/services, my life would be a lot easier. Normally, I don't give 10 stars, but because they did such a good job during a HEAT ALERT, this pushed the rating to the top for a well deserved 10.
