We hired Complete Home Construction to build an addition on to our Toronto semi-detached home. The entire process with Complete Home Construction was very smooth. The team was exceptional in their communication throughout the process including the many points during pre-construction where we wanted to make changes. The construction of the addition was managed very well at every stage. The lead onsite, Dhonny, showed that he was a master of all trades. He was always willing to walk us through what he was doing and make small changes as we requested. We are very happy with the addition - it has changed how our family lives in our home. We would recommend Complete Home Construction without a doubt.

This was the second time we hired Evan and his team to work on our semi-detached Toronto home. He and his team gutted our main and second floor to give us a new modern home including a custom staircase/banister, new flooring, re-configuring a wall going into the kitchen, drywall, vaulting our primary bedroom ceiling, gutting and preparing our kitchen for installation of a new kitchen, lights installation, paint and few other misc. jobs. Evan was exceptional in his communication with us and was always willing to support changes we had. He came in on budget as quoted and on time. We couldn't be happier with the results.

We hired Evan and his team to do convert our partitioned Toronto semi's first floor into an open concept, plus redo the second floor bath. For the first floor, Evan's team removed the load supporting walls and sistered the joists, as well as adding pot lights, insulating the ceiling, patching in the flooring, painting the entire first floor and second floor hallway, plus replacing all the baseboards. He completed the job to the engineer's spec, working closely with city inspector to make sure everything was per the permit. For the bathroom, Evan gutted it to the studs, with all new tiles, materials and fixtures. We asked Evan to move the doorway and add a barn door as well. We are so completely happy with the work the team did. Evan was always prompt and incredibly friendly and accommodating to all of our requests, questions, revisions and tweaks on the job. As we changed our mind a few times on baseboards or other details, Evan didn't once hesitate to make it work for us, making sure that we were happy with results. We were always comfortable in the team's hands. We're already hiring the team to redo the second bathroom in the basement and would very easily and quickly consider him for any home renos in the future.
