Over thw course of 3 years. BVW custom made and installed every window and door in our home. Andreas, the President, personally came out for the first quote. He is nothing shy of fabulous! The quality of the product BVW created is fantastic. Leanne, in the head office, was delightful everytime we spoke or emailed. The install team (Eric, Darcy, and Wally) are literally ninjas. They are a great bunch of guys. We were always happy to see them arrive. The first round of installation was done the day of my husband's birthday party. You couldn't even tell the BVW ninjas had been here (save for the beautiful new view)! We were thrilled with BVW from the first phone call to the last day of install...and beyond. I would highly recommend this company.

Old Lennox Pulse furnace needed replacement before it died. Had Mark give me an estimate. He prepared it during the visit and sent it to my email. Excellent price. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and fair. His quote was lower than two other companies. Install team (Rob and Kevin) were funny, professional and very tidy! The quailty of the work was absolutely excellent! I will have Reliance back when I decide to replace my AC and water tank.

Gabriel was fantastic from the moment I called for a quote to the last handshake when the work was completed. This man is a gem! He takes great pride in his work and treated my home like his own. I trusted him immediately. He put my mind at ease over the removal of asbestos from around our floor vents and a few other places on the duct work. When one particular vent proved difficult for removal, he persevered. He photo documented the asbestos and sent pictures in the quote. Then, he provided pictures of the removal in the abatement certificate. He was professional and kind. His method of duct cleaning is second to none. You will be hard pressed to find a better company to remove your asbestos and clean your ducts. Gabriel is an absolute rockstar! I would hire him again without hesitation.
