In 2016, I caught a number of mice in my house and decided it was time for some professional help. That's when I first met Joe. Joe was not only extremely professional but he was also very thorough. He was meticulous in his perimeter search. Fast forward to 2021, I noticed that some of the bait traps left from 2016 had been disturbed. I was paranoid that I had mice again. In fact, I was prepared to have the foundation of my old home fully parged to ensure it was sealed. Once again, Joe was my go to. He took one look at the bait stations and told me that I didn't have mice but rather likely some insects (perhaps ants). I was very open with Joe - telling him that I was prepared to do whatever was needed. Joe could have very easily told me that I needed extensive work. Thank you Joe not only for your prompt service and professionalism but also for your honesty.

This was the first time I used High Park Window Cleaning. I was impressed by the level of professionalism. Ahmad came on time (actually a bit early which was even better) and got the job done efficiently. I will be reaching out to High Park Window Cleaning next year for regular maintenance.

I had read a review here about CAS's return policy so decided that I would only go there to see 2 washing machine models. I fully intended on purchasing from a big box store even if it was a few dollars more. When I arrived, I was greeted by Angelo Moutoulas. He told me that both models I was interested in were on display but also suggested I look at another one. He showed me the specs and price point that I'd be looking at. In addition pointed out that this model had a 10 year motor warranty whereas the others were only 1 year. Then he showed me all three on the showroom floor. I was impressed but still needed to check out online reviews. Angelo explained the return policy ... basically, products will be accepted if it's defective and approved by the manufacturer. A few hours later, I called Angelo to complete the purchase transaction. The whole process was extremely efficient and I was able to get my new washer in a matter of days. Thank you Angelo for pointing me in the right direction! I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Great customer service! This was a very rainy spring and summer. Consequently, I had to wait 6 weeks for my roof to be done. During this time my roof sprung a leak. Walker came and installed a membrane to prevent further damage. The team that worked on my house were both professional and diligent in getting the job done. As it was quite hot, I observed water being dropped off throughout the day. A happy hydrated crew makes for a quality job done with few delays. I would highly recommend this firm.
