Provided quote over the phone and willing to do the job in Waterloo the same day! Friendly, diligent, clean, knowledgeable and tidy. So glad we connected as other companies were unable to accommodate the same day weekend request. On top of it all he had the best price! Definitely would use Top Care again and recommend to my friends.
