From the first telephone conversation with Ena, she was very accommodating and answered all our initial questions. We were looking at getting our siding redone plus adding insulation as well as new eavestroughs. Within hours of our initial call, Ena was at our house taking measurements, the next day she was over with samples. She responds to questions very quickly and will consult with you until you are satisfied, going the extra mile to get things right. Shortly after we received their quote which was very reasonable in comparison to others that we had contacted. Miki the owner, Daniel and Dean completed the work. All of them are very professional and their work is amazing. Miki holds himself and his staff to a high standard of workmanship. All of them are very approachable and answered any questions we had thru the process. Their goal is customer satisfaction and we felt that throughout our conversations. This company is a family run business, and has been able to rely on customer satisfaction to maintain and grow their business. We are glad we trusted them with our house facelift and many people have commented on noticeable improvements. We would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

On Christmas Day after 25 plus years the circuit board on my garage door opener called it quits. On Boxing Day I started to call around for estimates on repairs/replacement. The first call made was to "Garage-Door-Geeks" based on reviews on this site. I was pleasantly surprised to speak to an actual person (Nazar) he clearly explained my options and was not pushy in trying to sell me a brand new unit. Provided a quote for both options and we agreed on an appointment for the next day. I called a competitor and an automated message provided a quote which was more than double for just a service call. The day of the appointment I received updates to confirm exact arrival time. When Oleg arrived he inspected my broken unit and outlined my options. I decided to have him replace the entire system. He is very professional/knowledgeable. He provided excellent tips on maintenance. In addition to the installation he also lubricated the springs, changed the rollers and tightened all bolts on the garage door. His clean up was impeccable. In my opinion the price charged was more than reasonable. Not only would I strongly recommend this company (Oleg/Nazar) but they will be my first call if I need this type of work done again. I needed 2 large trees cut down in my backyard, had four quotes done and Glenwood was the lowest one. They were a pleasure to deal with from the initial contact, very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. The day of the appointment the crew arrived at the time they said they would. They were very professional. The crew cut down both trees and the area was left cleaner than before. I had asked that they cut the larger pieces for fire wood length. Not only was that done but it was very neatly pile up. I would without hesitation recommend this company. I will also be using them again when my other trees need trimming.
