We had changed our roof shingles about five years ago with a roofing company we used back then. After the shingles were changed, water leaked from the roof into the dining room ceiling which the previous roofing company tried but was not able to rectify. They simply piled on new shingles on top of our old shingles which added weight onto our roof. Also, the previous roofing company didn't do the roofing job correctly, hence water was leaking from the roof into our dining room. We decided to waste no more time with the previous roofing company, and hired Kelvin Chong Roofing Inc. to replace the shingles for our home. Now the water leakage problem has resolved! Working with Kelvin Chong's company gives me peace of mind. Also, be sure to inspect all downspouts and make sure they are properly secured to the house's exterior wall. If they are not properly secured to the house's exterior wall, Kelvin Chong's team would be happy to help you secure them to the house on the day of the roofing job since their long ladders are already on site!

We suspected that mold was growing in the basement and was eager to get someone reliable to give us some advice. When I first looked on Google, there were some negative reviews about The Mold Guy about rude staff - but let me assure you ALL the staff I dealt with at The Mold Guy were all very very polite. I called at 8:30am on Wednesday - The lady who answered the phone was super polite. I thought, "What are those reviews talking about?!" I asked the lady to check if someone would be in our area that day, and she quickly scheduled me for a 11:30am appointment. If you have mold at home, you would know how relieved I felt to have someone who can come ASAP. Ross showed up on time and answered every single question we had. He was in no rush to leave and did a very thorough check in the house including collecting samples for lab test. He knew his stuff and was very honest - didn't try to use scare tactics. He educated us about what we needed to know. By today (Thursday afternoon), we received our report with a PASS! Thank you to Ross and your team!
