I heard their ad on the radio and visited the showroom. Decided to go ahead with the purchase. It has been 10 months now since my install. Product and installation were very good but after installation service needs work. I had water on the inside of one of my windows. I have called twice and left a message as well. It's almost two weeks now since my first call and nothing yet. Would I recommend? At this point I'm on the fence. Update to this posting: My call was returned yesterday and the service man came out the next day and took care of my issue. Yes I would recommend this company.
