To be completely honest I've always despised the renovation process, as I've consistently encountered contractors that were either unreliable or have done shoddy work. However, my experience with Michael and the team at 6ix Build Interiors was completely different. Not only was Michael's workmanship flawless, but his straightforward yet kind demeanour was a refreshing change from what I've experienced in the past. It's rare to find a contractor who is both skilled and personable, but Michael and his team exceeded my expectations in both areas. He was free of any of the typical bravado or bluster that I've often encountered with contractors in the past. He was humble, modest, and collaborative. Communication was constant, and I felt like I could get in touch with Michael almost immediately. Any and every issue was rectified quickly and professionally. Throughout the renovation process, it was clear that Michael and his team were committed to going above and beyond what was expected. They paid impeccable attention to detail and made sure that every aspect of the renovation was completed to the highest standard. Even better, they finished the job ahead of schedule and left my house spotless. Long story short, our basement was continuously flooding. John and Andre quickly were able to reroute the sump pump drainage to prevent further flooding in our basement, and worked tirelessly to dig out our front yard and install a backflow valve. He helped with the paperwork necessary to get a rebate from the city, and was at our home the same day when a part of the installation malfunctioned (briefly). John and his son Andre are kind, honest, no-nonsense guys, who are polite and courteous and never feel like they're trying to give you the run-around. Their work is fast and efficientIt's no surprise they're so highly rated here. Can not recommend them highly enough.
