John Dima provided courteous, professional service and clear communication about the cost for each aspect of our plumbing job. He replaced our kitchen sink baskets which were leaking and of poor quality and of the wrong size. We are so happy to now have the use of both sides of our double sink again (and the space underneath)! He adjusted the faucet so it will no longer leak and firmly attached it to the base at the counter. He neatly reconfigured the plumbing from our water heater and installed a shut off for a humidifier line. He cleared a slow drain in our powder room. He also inspected the source of rotten egg smell and determined it is the washing machine and not a major issue with drains to snake or clean out. He quoted on the installation of water pressure powered sump pump back up and the installation of check valves for sump, which we will have him back to do in the warmer weather. I will recommend Dima Plumbing to neighbours and friends. he was conscious of what needed to be done and what was unnecessary. Thanks John!

Early March 2011, I'm 9 1/2 months pregnant and Toronto gets heavy rainfall! Our roof was done 3 years ago, before we bought our house, by a company that is now bankrupt. Initially we had a small leak in our toddlers room, with more rain it turned into a big mess and our son had to relocate. John came very quickly gave us a quote and squeezed our job in before the next deluge. Our flat rolled roof had become unsealed where it meets the drip edge in several significant places.
