I had water leaking through some light fixtures and some window and door frames. They had a look in the attic and outside on the roof. In the assessment process, they e-mail a very thorough assessment with pictures, information and issues by priority. They also list some issues that are outside of their work, such a masonry issues that could result in damage and leaks. The assessment made sense and was accurate, and informative since I am a new homeowner. They also separated the quote into different sections depending on the route I wanted to take for repairs. The assessment also gave information about how roofing repairs is regulated in Ontario. They were honest about the work that needed to be done and did not inflate the work that needed to be done. I also received clear communication through out the process by friendly staff.
