This was a warranty repair, so there was no cost to me. Gavin was professional and friendly from start to finish and even gave me helpful hints to help me with my fridge in future. The news wasn't all good, no fault of Gavin's or ValleyView, but Gavin's pleasant and positive attitude made the not good news much more palatable. Thanks for the excellent service! I would absolutely come back to Valley View for other repairs and recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repairs.
