Great service at the Queen st E location. The sales rep, Harwinder, was very polite and helpful. Even though the store did not carry the bedframe that I was looking for, Harwinder showed me one that was even better. I didn't want to make any rush decision so I told him that I would think about it. He didn't push and just gave me his business card and assured me that I wouldn't find such great quality and modern piece like the one he showed me. He was right. Brought my sister with me the next weekend and she loved the bed. Went right back to Harwinder and he worked out a great deal for me. I'm very pleased with the service and very happy with my new bed. I definitely recommend shopping at Arrow furniture. Just ask for Harwinder.
