New water plumbing is hired by my condo's manage office to fix building's pipe, but they left the pipe open and turned on the main building pipe, which caused the water leaks which damaged my unit severely. All flooring needed to be replaced! How terrible and negligent their service! If you don't want your house in a disaster, move away from them.
