Last fall I put out bids for a new furnace and A/C. Abby Air was totally non-competitive. I asked for Abby Air recently to do a furnace cleaning but in conversation with Joe, it was determined that by having Abby Air do the job, (I had always trusted Abby Air to do a good job).I was compromising my warranty. I paid for the service call. Maybe we will get together again in the future.
