I worked with Jia Jia International Moving Inc. twice in the last 3 months in order to fully complete my residential move. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience at a very affordable price. It may seem like a no-frills experience but all the essentials are covered. The 24/7 access to customer care via email and phone was convenient and staff were effective and pleasant. All details were carefully covered. Final costs were exactly as initially negotiated. Movers arrived early and started on time. They were hardworking and kept a brisk pace. They communicated well with me to ensure they met my needs. Both times, we finished the intended itinerary of moves within 4 hrs/day. No damage to my things nor to the properties. There was no pressure to increase the service gratuity but any extra is well-deserved. Thank you to the Jia Jia team for a offering a great service.

I called the Home Improvement Group again after a great first experience three years ago (for painting services), and I was not disappointed. Melanie was great to talk to on the phone and she was able to assess that what I needed as handyman services after I described the work I wanted to get done. Than was assigned as my handyman. He was prompt and arrived prepared with his equipment. He was very courteous and easy to talk to. He did an assessment of the items I needed to get done and he made suggestions that worked for the scope. He was honest about the time each tasks would take and which of the material I purchased could be used and what could be returned to the store. Than got to work quickly and he kept at it steadily. He knew how to do everything and was able to finish with great quality. All spaces were left clean and there was no damage. He worked right up to the agreed-upon ending time. Thank you, Than, for your attention and hard work. I appreciated how hard you tried to do everything I asked for.

I called EnergyTech because of strong reviews and ratings on HomeStars. I was not disappointed. Sam answered my call and was able to schedule my service visit soon at a time that was convenient for me. He charged $70 to make each service visit. He assesses the issue and tells you what parts are needed. He was able to obtain the parts for me and I found that his quoted prices were reasonable with comparables. He is honest about what you need and does not upsell. He visited me twice in order to resolve my issues. I was happy to pay for the service visits because he worked solidly throughout the time. Thank you Sam for the great work and for saving my appliances. You saved me over $2000 that I would have spent on new appliances. I highly recommend Sam.
