I selected Ontario Downspout based on previous Homestar reviews and some local references. I was not disappointed. The only glitch was waiting for a break in the rainy weather. Mark Stone and his crew did a great job with the recommendations they made and the job execution. The work was excellent...and completed quickly. Cleanup was terrific. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

My SIL recommended Gold Star and Maor to me and I was not disappointed. Maor diagnosed a fault with my Bosch dishwasher and recommended that I get a new one as the repair would be too expensive. I selected a Miele which he installed promptly and efficiently....he even went the second mile and did some required plumbing work to save me money and time. Throughout the entire process Maor was professional, courteous, prompt and focused on doing the very best job he could to meet my needs and provided his services at excellent value to me. I don't normally post recommendations but in this case I have no hesitation in awarding a GOLD STAR to an appropriately named company.

I had a wooden fence giveaway in the early spring and preferred to have it repaired rather than replaced. Other vendors were not ready to listen to what I wanted. Dan did and did a wonderful repair on the fence.....better than new. He was prompt, courteous, provided excellent value and most importantly listened to my problem and devised a perfect solution. I can’t say enough good things about Dan and will certainly use him again for other handyman projects.

I used homestars to find some help for a severe condensation problem in my attic that was causing a leak in one of the main bedrooms. I also used other sources including roofing companies as well as a contractor recommended by my home nsurance provider. Recommended work scopes and estimates were all over the map. EcoComfort was the only group that could do it all.....repair soffits, install vents, remediate moulds and remove and replace the price nsulation.......and they did it in one day. Patrick and the other members of the team were polite, professional and ready to go the extra mile on all the little things that leave a customer feeling delighted. Overall great value!
