Mike was great in setting up our appt. Kept us in the loop on scheduling and time of arrival. The service was great and my husband said he did a fantastic job. Best thing - no surprises or trying to sell us something we don't need. Will definitely call back when maintenance needed again. Thank you!

We have a super large yard that needed new fencing. Our yard slopes (right to left), is a corner lot and we were looking for a privacy fence. I really dislike the process of looking for contractors because the large majority are not reliable and don't even come to do measurements or visit site to get a perspective which I think is very important. Erik at Alpha added creditability back to contractors. He and his partner came, took proper measurements. We discussed our needs and possibilities and I received a proper written quote within a day or so. (one contractor wanted pics, didn't want to site visit then asked if we wanted to reuse our boards which are rotting, broken and splitting for the new the fence - ??? what the hell??) Anyways, I had specific dates I was hoping Erik and his partner could come to do the fence (we have a dog who was away for a few days) and they came within a couple days of my requested dates and completed the job quickly (within 6 business days). I love the fence, the new gates and feel the house is coming together. After the job, Erik and team cleaned up after themselves and billed us per quote. I couldn't ask for anything more and very pleased. Thank you !!

We live in a heritage home and with it comes the need for LOTS of TLC. For years we had a small roof leak that no one could find or want to spend the time to fix. Finally I searched on HS and Afshin was quick to respond. He came for site visit and pointed out the problem area along with a few areas needing attention (to which other contractors saw and mentioned but didn't take the time to quote or respond back). Tactics scope of work was detailed and arrived within a day or two giving me some confidence that this might finally get solved properly. Upon the day of work I can see the team doing what ever they can to remediate the problem area. Afshin then explained in detail the work and why he did it in such a way and made some other suggestions. Once they were completely finished, Afshin did a walk through of work done, explained a few things we might want to address some time in the future and assured me that if the problem persists (which it shouldn't) to feel free to call him back. The next day I received a follow up email with the final copy of invoice. Afshin's professionalism, customer service combined with his expertise is something every contractor should model. I hope to find more Afshin's as we proceed with other TLC projects in future.

I was looking for a company to service my home radiators, which is not easy these days. Found this company and was very pleased with the service, follow up and technician, Kevin. Very polite and conscientious and took the time to explain. Will definitely keep on file for any future issues and recommend.

These guys were GREAT! Attentive, great follow up, made great recommendation, professional. The install team were respectful clean - no complaints what so ever. Every service business could take lessons from these guys. Would recommend to anyone.
