Our hot water tank leaked and flooded most of our basement. Fortunately only the carpet and baseboards got damaged. We filed an insurance claim and OnSide came immediately to remove carpet and baseboards and dry out the basement. Also the Project Manager came to my house to assess the damage. Once the scope was defined, it was great working with OnSide staff. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. The girls that packed and unpacked our stuff were very organized and thorough. I knew the exact schedule of who and when they would be at my house. I just gave them our house code to come and go and it worked out great. They performed the work let their schedule. Some of our furniture did get damaged however they replaced everything without hassle. Also I was impressed that they performed an onsite safety assessment and taped it to the wall for all workers to see. Very professional!
