A basement to be proud of! Amazing , new found , quality living space for our family. As a Realtor, I can greatly appreciate the very obvious tangible benefit relating to , the significant increase , in the value of our home. I interviewed 4 company’s including one that guarantees a basement done in days. That company and 2 others , fell significantly short when it came to instilling confidence on where we were going to spend our hard earned money. Dominic M, who is one of the owners of Basement Living, was a pleasure to deal with From our very first meeting he was extremely professional and well organized, Mr M, promised to deliver a basement space that our family would be 100% satisfied with and that is exactly what he did. I have referred basement living to clients and friends and will continue to do so.

I don't usually write reviews, but I don't usually receive such a high level of service. Marc is the epitome of customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, passionate and extremely professional. He answered all of my questions , made appropriate suggestions and he made the buying experience very pleasurable. It all started with Tom. Just a great guy that was very professional and easy to speak to. He explained everything well, gave us options and answered all of our questions. Susy was fantastic to deal with. She was very patient with us when we were deciding on colour and pattern and always provided updates as to what was happening next. Dino has clearly hired well, trained properly and has taken care of his staff. The men on each crew took great pride in the work that they did and this was evident with each and everyone of them. As a Realtor, I have a great appreciation for curb appeal and know that a beautiful Patterned Concrete driveway, increases the value of all properties. I have already recommended Patterned concrete since the work at my home has been completed and will continue to do so.
