We called for a service call at 7:00am. Contacted by CS rep set up apt for next day. Contacted again tby Meghan and gave us service call the same day. Repairman arrived at 5:00 pm. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the board and was gone by 5:35pm. Outstanding service. This is the third time we have used Valleyview Appliance Repair and on all three occasions have been very satisfied.
