Laminate Flooring installation to Kitchen/Dining/Living Room
To say that the flooring installation for my house was an easy one would be a gross understatement. With the removal of the main structural wall in the house a very large, almost mountainous, hump was discovered in the center of the floor, middle of the house, essentially in the very center of the entire new open floor plan. Mark and Patrick worked diligently to resolve the issue and were determined to provide a product I was happy with. Following complete installation of the floor, and installation of the kitchen cabinetry, we realized that the floor hump was not yet completely resolved. A number of locations, due to a less than ideal subfloor, were coming apart and the floor planks were flexing too much for the system. As you can imagine, I was nervous about the long term effect this would have. The last thing anyone wants is to have a newly installed floor already failing. I called Mark, he came the next day, proceeded to rip up the floor, fix the sub floor and reinstall the entire floor again in 1 day. The final product is great and I couldn't be happier. I work in the construction industry and I have come across many trades people who only care about the bottom line and, given the state of my subfloor, would have blamed me for the issue and not fixed it at all. Mark and his team clearly take pride in their work and value their customers, not just the payment at the end. I would recommend them to anyone (and have already) looking to get a new floor installed.
