I did not like being gouged $795.00 to do a 15 minute job to fix three shingles after a wind storm. Having to charge my credit card before sight inspection & repair was done. Do not recommend D'Angelo to do anything.

Hello Mr. Lewis, in regards to the shingle blow off package that you purchased, this was an emergency service that we offered to you after you called us for a repair. Each repair call that we received during the windstorm was offered either an emergency service fee or a regular 5-7 day turnaround fee. We stipulate over the phone that we require a 100% deposit and that we do not do quotes for repair work. We also clearly state that our blow off package covers the replacement of from 1-21 shingles, whether you need 1 or 21 shingles replaced. It's unfortunate that you are unhappy with the cost, it's very important to us that our customers are happy. However, we were very honest with you regarding the services and prices that we offer before you had agreed to go through with the repair.
