I had many windows with cracks and foggy, including an oversized living room window. The company sent a senior sales person first, who took the time to go over all details, materials, timeline, cost and what what to expect. The same week came a technician to take the exact measurements. They removed one of the broken window to take the correct width of the double glass panel, and reassemble right after. Around 1h taking those measurements. 2 weeks later, the team arrived with all the custom panels to replace my the ones. Service was executed with perfection, with no rush and the proper care for details. All was clean at the end and they took care of the old material. At the end of the day, the same senior sales person came to make sure I was fully satisfied with the replacements. All of that obeying the social distance rules, wearing masks and being cordial and professional.

It's the second time I use ductclean services since I moved here. I have 2 cats and I like to do a full duct clean every 3 years. Paul and his team came on time as scheduled and demonstrate full understanding on the process. They did a clean and perfect job, taking before/after pics to show the difference. Their equipment not only vacuum debris but they also use a kind to rotating brush that really made my ducts shine. I know the price is more them other companies in the area but the difference on the final worth the extra dollars. Will contact them in 3years.
