Have known Brent for many years as I've moved around the city. Called him for another inspection on my recent purchase and he was there the next day with a complete top to bottom inspection that helped me with my purchase, and understanding what I need to do/fix right away as opposed to what could wait. Yes, as exciting as a time as it is right now for homebuyers, it's also probably the most dangerous. People are spending hundreds of thousands, or better yet, over a million dollars for a property, yet don't get an inspection for the home. That's a gamble I can't believe people are willing to take.
